Xinba Reservoir is located in Xinba Village, Yangqi Township, Shangli County, Yangxiang City. The total storage capacity is 426X104m3, and the normal storage level of the reservoir is 294.5m. In 1971, it was extended to the existing elevation of 297.30m. The reservoir is a key small (I) type reservoir for water source, irrigation and flood control.
